Biography

Janet Fraiser joined the SGC\'s medical staff as a captain and exemplified herself over and over. After 3 years, she was promoted to major, already the de-facto head of the SGC\'s medical department. Janet was killed on a mission to rescue the ambushed SG-13.

Teryl Rothery portrayed Janet Fraiser in Stargate SG-1. She first appeared in The Broca Divide and made numerous guest appearances until her character was killed in Heroes Part 1.

RANK/SALUTATIONS

Janet Fraiser first appeared with the rank of USAF captain in The Broca Divide. She continued at that rank until she first appeared with the rank of major in Shades of Grey. She continued at that rank until she was killed. Janet was most freqently referred to as doctor, as she was a physician.
